{"id":4207,"date":"2026-02-23T15:04:40","date_gmt":"2026-02-23T14:04:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/medecinelegale.com\/?p=4207"},"modified":"2026-02-23T15:04:48","modified_gmt":"2026-02-23T14:04:48","slug":"poste-de-medecin-legiste-chu-de-la-reunion-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/medecinelegale.com\/index.php\/2026\/02\/23\/poste-de-medecin-legiste-chu-de-la-reunion-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Poste de m\u00e9decin l\u00e9giste, CHU de La R\u00e9union"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Le service de m\u00e9decine l\u00e9gale du CHU de La R\u00e9union assure une mission de service public dans les domaines :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Des <strong>autopsies m\u00e9dico-judiciaires<\/strong>, des autopsies m\u00e9dicales,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Des <strong>examens cliniques de victimes majeures et mineures<\/strong> (CBV violences physiques, sexuelles\u2026 CBIV AVP, accidents du travail\u2026) avec d\u00e9termination d\u2019ITT,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Des<strong> expertises m\u00e9dico-l\u00e9gales<\/strong>,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Des <strong>compatibilit\u00e9s de garde \u00e0 vue<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9quipe est pluridisciplinaire au sein de l\u2019UMJ\/IML et de l\u2019UAPED. L\u2019activit\u00e9 de m\u00e9decine l\u00e9gale du vivant se r\u00e9partie sur 2 sites du CHU de La R\u00e9union (un au Nord \u00e0 St Denis, un au Sud \u00e0 St-Pierre), alors que l\u2019activit\u00e9 thanatologique est regroup\u00e9e \u00e0 St-Denis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle est compos\u00e9e de m\u00e9decins l\u00e9gistes (11 : DESC et capacitaires urgentistes, psychiatres et g\u00e9n\u00e9ralistes), infirmi\u00e8res (5), psychologues (8), secr\u00e9taires m\u00e9dicales (7), et collabore r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement avec les autorit\u00e9s judiciaires, les forces de
